Galaxy Buds 3 Pro - defective/fixable

One of the earbuds always works and connects to the phone via Bluetooth. For both of them to work together I always need to reset the Galaxy Buds and reconnect from scratch. Not sure if it's my phone or the buds, seems defective. Might be fixable
