Beautiful vintage Chinese Aubusson / Art Deco style wool accent rug, likely dating from the 1980s. Bought in China.

Features a gorgeous pastel peach/salmon pink background with an elegant cream central medallion, framed by pastel floral borders in soft blues, greens, and pinks.

Key Details:
• Authentic Hand-Knotted Construction: This is a high-quality "90-line" hand-knotted rug, not a cheap tufted alternative. The floral pattern is clearly visible on the reverse side.
• Hand-Sculpted Detailing: The wool pile has been hand-carved around the floral motifs to give the pattern a beautiful, dimensional 3D look.
• Material: 100% thick, heavy-pile wool on a solid cotton foundation with integrated natural fringe.
• Condition: Very good vintage condition. The wool pile is clean, thick, and plush with sharp colors. The fringe shows typical, minor age-related darkening but is fully intact with no rot.
