originally bought as a project bike with a lot of work put into it since.
recent upgrades include:

measuring at 20" / 51cm, this bike would suit someone around 5"3 - 5"5 best. i am 5"6 and experience some toe overlap so it would likely be more comfortable for someone slightly smaller

note also that the paintwork shows some age-related wear and some surface rust consistent with a vintage bike, but mechanically it has had a lot of TLC put into it and now rides very well :)
