This is Pro version of TCR, so it's really stiff and lightweight.
Good condition, no noticeable scratches.

@shaneh: it depends on your hip mobility.
I’m 177 and absolutely okay with that size and even have some extra 1-2 cm to slide the saddle further towards handlebar (yeah, sliding the saddle isn’t really good way to adjust distance between saddle and handlebars, but anyway)
