Electric fido needs service

Battery inside is brand new bikes been sitting in storage ages bc my first time on it i crashed so all it needs it new back wheel/tube and to be charged as its been not on in months so it is completely flat dead for now also needs seat the saddle pole is on but no seat and gear shifters just do not have the numbers shown
