City Bike Elops 500 Step-Over

City Bike 3 years old, but barely used. perfect for commuting - mudguards, pannier mounts and Shimano hub dynamo for lights eliminating the need for batteries!

It is a small frame, according to decathlon site, suitable for a rider height: 1.45–1.64 m.
