I just checked and the groupset is Shimano Claris C4.
I bought it about 5 years ago 2nd hand and never had it serviced as I only cycled it a few times, it's been under my stairs for a while now, but there's no signs of rust or anything on the it. I'm guessing the bike is from around 2016-2019
