Cannodale Synapse Disc 105 Womens Road Bike size 44

Cannodale Synapse disc 105 womens road bike, we got it in 2019 for my wife, used once on Westport greenway before covid and that was it. Looking for an owner to take care of the bike. The size is 44, it not for tall people, for guidance my wife is around 5 foot. It was not easy to get a decent road bike in her size. Last two photo provide the size in more detail. Mint condition ladies helmet can be included.
