REPTILE NOVA 5.0 13W UVB bulb for TROPICAL terrariums

REPTILE NOVA 5.0 TROPICAL fluorescent bulb with medium UVB radiation, imitating the light conditions of tropical areas.

The UVB 5.0 spectrum is suitable for animal species with medium UV requirements that naturally occur in tropical areas – tropical forests, areas sheltered from direct sunlight. UVB promotes effective vitamin D3 synthesis, while supporting calcium absorption and preventing metabolic diseases. The fluorescent lamp also emits UVA radiation, which stimulates appetite and reproductive behaviour.

When choosing a fluorescent lamp, please select the appropriate lighting for the species of animal being kept and maintain a minimum distance between the lamp and the animal (15 cm), with a maximum range of 40 cm.

Lamps and fluorescent tubes are covered by a standard warranty. However, this does not apply to the breakage of light fibres, which is a normal result of wear and tear (the standard service life is approximately 8 months).
