Hi. I'm pretty sure this reel is a Shakespeare 2151. The Japanese manufacturer at the time made this reel for several Fishing Tackle companies all over the world. The red model is 99% sure Shakespeare. When you google Shakespeare 2151 lots of information and pictures will come up.
