Hi, I’m interested in the Tascam DA-30 MkII.
Could you please confirm a few things:
Does it record and play back perfectly without any dropouts or errors?
Do fast forward and rewind work smoothly?
Does it read different DAT tapes without any issues?
Are there any error messages or high error rates during playback/recording?
Do all inputs and outputs work correctly (RCA, digital if available)?
Has the unit ever been serviced (belts, cleaning, alignment)?
When was it last used?
Also, would it be possible to send a short video showing it recording and playing a tape?

Has this the Long Play mode? I have old tapes all recorded on LP mode to make tapes last longer.
