Somehow €125 isn't acceptable for the same reason, but €100 is?

Weird business acumen 🤷

You cant even tell me if its a clean water pump or a dirty water pump, yet become ignorant towards me for negotiating "slightly" below the asking price!

You could have tried negotiating, or even trying to be polite! You don't even have hoses, so nobody can even try it to see if it actually works... instead you just become ignorant towards a genuine person who is interested in taking the chance

I can collect today if you'll do €125.

With not hoses I can't test it on site, also have to purchase all the filters etc that usually come with the pump when bought new
