I have tuned it up as good as I can but you could probably do better.

Just remembered I still had it and don't need it as it's just gathering dust.

@bazmc Hey sorry, I forgot to reply.
I don't see any sign of variable speed. It cuts through hardwood fine but it's not as accurate or fast as a large band saw.
