Precautions for the operation of the electric syringe.
1. Notes on machine installation:
a. First, inspect each tube (including the position of the pump under the machine) for impurities, such as foam, to ensure there are no contaminants before installing the tube.

b. When you insert the feeding tube, it is a bit tight. It may not be difficult to damage the two front o-rings. It is recommended to apply a little detergent or lubricating oil to the pump casing and the supply hose under the machine
(Lubricating oil is not included in the product).
The suction hose must be attached.

c. When connecting the high pressure line, the bolts must be straightened at both ends and then tightened with a wrench (gasket is not required) d. There should be a sickle seal at the nozzle position. The nozzle holder nut must be tightened to prevent water leakage.
While pulling (twisting) the nozzle, loosen the large nut on the nozzle holder and remove it. Pull out the nozzle
(be careful of a small gasket inside)

2. The machine operation order
a.Turn on the valve with the check valve open
b. Start the return line with the liquid outlet and close the return valve (if the return line only discharges air without liquid, which indicates that the supply line is not installed, check that the supply line is tight)
c . When you close the check valve, the machine stops when it reaches a certain pressure, so that it can start working

d. Pressure control valve, adjust the pressure as you wish
For the machine pump filling device, it is recommended to use one oil each time (hydraulic oil wear protection).

3. Notes on shutdown
When power off, the power switch must be turned off without disconnecting the power supply.
Be sure to set the air pressure at the gun to 0 first, then open the drain valve, and finally turn off the power.
