Well the ideal thing to do would be for you to try it out and then let us know if it works.
As it stands its worth about €50 for parts.

@Balthazar was working when taken out of service from a manufacturing company,
Obviously hasn't run in a while but it all still mover freely on the pulley.
I was going to use it here but it's too big really for my needs.
It is second hand understandably and has always been dry stored just needs to be serviced and cleaned up really as far as I know
