"The cards are larger that the St. Patrick's Day cards measuring 184mm X 121mm. The five designs were by Stephen Conlin who was also responsible for the Millennium stamp and booklet The five cards feature Dublin Through the Ages - The medieval walled site, the 15th Century; St. Mary's Abbey; Parliament House (now the Bank of Ireland) in 1716; The Rotunda Hospital in the 18th century and O'Connell street in the 1970's (including the GPS). The Dublin Millennium stamp design is used on the reverse of the cards (it's first).
