INSUduct External Water Supply Protection

For use with 25mm or 32mm MDPE water service pipe in repairs, lead pipe replacements, rainwater harvesting or new supplies, INSUduct is the only insulation system for pipe that can be used externally and allows for water services to be installed at any level due to its unique climbing installation method.

The system exceeds WRAS and Water Industry Standard (WIS) guidelines within BS 5422 and Water Regulation G4.4 & G4.11. Temperature tested at -15 degrees for 72 hours. Thermal conductivity < 0.025 W/mk. Includes graphite powder to enhance thermal properties for premium frost protection and prevent freezing of water within pipes.

Stacks vertically in increments of 840mm with 40mm "bellmouth" to enable climbing feature.

Impact resistant and UV stabilised for 50+ year system life. Manufactured from reprocessed polypropylene.
