Grows up to 2.5m 8ft tall with multiple flowers on each plant that grow up to 30cm 1ft in size.
Requires full sun can be grown in a partially shaded garden, tolerates most soil types including clay. Remarkably tolerant of wind as long as not excessive, staking not necessary but can be loosely staked when young. After flowering allow the leaves to remain to build up energy in the very large bulb for next years bloom.
