Now planting in mixed mediums.
There are many roots but I recommend you continue to treat it as a rooting condition until you see the roots reach the bottom of the cup before transferring to your own pot.
Love bright indirect sunlight.
I never see my Jose leaves turn brown. The new leaf has white variegated but will turn to very light green variegated when that leaf is hardened. It's grow fast and big too.
