Philodendron atabapoense is a striking tropical climber native to the Amazon basin, famous for its long, sword-like leaves with vibrant maroon-red undersides. As a climbing hemiepiphyte, it produces dramatically larger, narrow foliage when trained up a moss pole or support trellis. It thrives best in bright indirect light, high humidity, warm temperatures, and a chunky, well-draining soil mix.
