The philodendron burle marx is a tropical plant native to Brazil that is popular as a houseplant. It has a bushy, climbing growth habit with medium-sized arrow-shaped leaves and is renowned for being low-maintenance and easy to care for.

Someone said it's not easy to grow but it's also not hard if you found out what it likes. At my place, it's growing well in summer near the glass window as it love sun light. But in winter be careful it gets frozen easy. Give it a pole as they will grow more node and need something to hold on. Watering as schedule. The full moon leave can get dried off same as another variegated plants. There are may be new node growing inside the leaf pocket so do not pull it, let it dried and fall off itself.
