Growing plant. Need a good pole to climb 🪜, use the garden clips to hold it straight up for growing bigger leaves.

This monstera is unlike many other monstera varieties, monstera standleyana albo variegata does not develop fenestrations (or splits/holes) as the plant matures. The leaves do increase in size, though. Often giving the plant something to climb helps with this.
