Incredible tall tropical inflorescences flower from July to October! When the garden is starting to die back canna lilies really put on a beautiful show growing tall 1 to 1.5m (3 to 5ft) on thick wind resistant stems above amazing chocolate coloured red tipped foliage.
Returns year after year in the ground with a winter mulch in free draining soil or if the large rhizomes (under ground rhizome/tuber/bulb) are lifted in November stored cool and dry and replanted out in May in heavy wet winter clay soil.
In a large 6 to 8 inch pot 15 to 18cm
