Grown in Ireland without chemical fertilisers or pesticides in a large 3L pot complete with this hostas preferred slow release organic fertiliser and pH balanced compost.
Lilac flower spike around 3ft tall in late summer to early autumn.
Good slug defense variety. Prefers damp soil and shade, will grow in full sun if watered but over exposure to mid day sun will turn the leaves less blue. Returns reliably every spring and grows well getting bigger each year to a maximum foliage size of 90cm X 60cm (3 ft x 2 ft)
