Labels / Inscriptions: Vintage backing label inscribed: "Hereford on the Severn / 'By Whistler' R.B.A. / from Mr Duncan".

Frame: Period ornate gilt wood and gesso swept frame.
Artwork: Shows surface wear, foxing, and paint lifting/scuffing across the upper sky area. Colours in the landscape and architecture remain soft and well-preserved.

Frame: Wear consistent with age, including chipping and losses to the gesso on the corners and edges (as pictured). Solid structural backing with original hanging wire attached.
