Oil painting behind glass of the famous Shelbourne Bar, Shelbourne Hotel Dublin by the artist Marie Carroll. The artist died several years ago and was noted for her Dublin scenes. This large painting was purchased by the vendor directly from Hugh Charlton of the Apollo Gallery in 2004 and measures 36” by 27” and is signed by the artist lower left. A letter verifying provenance will be provided.
