Measures approx. 16" x 19 1/2" and add another 1 3/4 inches with frame.
Painting is in good condition with no paint loss or chipping.
Frame which looks original to the piece is in OK condition but has some paint loss and peeling.
This work is from 1960-70
Both sold "as in" condition.
Biography: Born on Jan. 16 th 1910. He took his basic education at the Folmer Bonnen Private Art School and after that he studied for several years in Paris as well as at other foreign art schools. Apart from exhibiting at various national exhibitions he also made one-man exhibitions in Italy, France, Norway and Sweden. He found most of his motifs in Southern Europe but is also known as a seascape painter.
