Mark Demsteader Icon IV painting

90cm by 120cm painting by Mark Demsteader who is according to the Daily Telegraph ‘one of Britain’s best-selling figurative painters’.
He has built up a huge following internationally including many celebrity clients even once producing 34 paintings of Harry Potter actress Emma Watson for a charity exhibition. His preferred mediums are charcoal, collage, pastel and oil.
He has won several awards including The Lyceum Prize and The Sidney Andrews Scholarship.
His work is not only beautiful but a strong investment due to his profile and rarity of originals that take several months to create.

It’s a fantastic painting I acquired a number of years ago from The Art Store on South William Street. It really comes into its own when up/down light.

Lovely piece by a great artist. Would love to make an offer but I need to sell a few pieces first or do art to art trades. Out of interest, what size is it, is it an oil and where was it purchased. Best of luck with the sale. D.
