Beautiful hand-drawn charcoal and pencil copy of the famous painting “The Windmill at Wijk bij Duurstede” (Mill at Wijk) by Jacob Isaacksz van Ruisdael (c. 1670). The original oil painting hangs in the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam. This is a very well-executed amateur copy, drawn with great detail and shading – clearly done by hand (visible pencil and charcoal strokes on the paper). Nicely presented in a solid wooden frame with glass (ready to hang). Very good condition – no damage, clean glass, strong colours in the drawing.
