Original coastal painting by F. E. Nesbitt: a deep-blue inlet with rolling green headlands under a bright sky, in lively textured brushwork. Signed "FEN" lower left, scratched into the wet paint; the artist's name stamp appears on the reverse of the board and frame (Northern Ireland).
Ornate gilt frame with scrolling foliate decoration, crackle finish and a beaded black-and-gold inner slip. Glazed and ready to hang.
