Rare Original 2013 Limited-Edition Fine Art Relief Print by Mary Plunkett.
Purchased directly from the National Print Museum during the official 2013 Dublin City Council One City One Book festival. This exclusive print was commissioned specifically for the Strumpet City Centenary Exhibition, marking 100 years since the 1913 Dublin Lockout.
Traditional auction houses couldn’t value it because it's so rare it has never passed through their public databases—this is a true primary-market collector's piece of Dublin cultural and social history!

🎬 The Story Behind the Image

The print captures an exact, striking silhouette still of the character Mary (played by Angela Harding) looking out from a tall Georgian sash window in a tenement building on Henrietta Street from the legendary 1980 RTÉ television series adaptation of James Plunkett’s masterpiece novel.
