Antique John Broadwood & Sons Upright Piano, Edwardian, Inlaid Mahogany
Beautiful antique upright piano by John Broadwood & Sons, London, one of the oldest and most celebrated piano makers in the world (est. 1728). The piano dates from the Edwardian era (serial no. 107909).
The mahogany case has fine line-inlay panels, tapered inlaid legs, brass fittings and a fold-out music desk. It has a lovely glossy finish and is in very good cosmetic condition for its age. It has ivory keys and two brass pedals.
Please note: the piano needs tuning, as expected of any instrument of this age, and will suit someone looking for a characterful project or a stunning piece of period furniture.
