Starting and cutting however:
The clutch needs repairing or deleting and the self propelled isn't working hence price.
Needs clutch repaired or deleted to make fixed blade and if you want self propelled probably a new driven axle.
They really do not make them like this anymore if you have a large garden or are cutting commercially its well worth the TLC
