@newday21 the drive belt has slipped off…easy fix,and think the carbs need cleaning so I’m told,I just bought a new one instead

@Ray321 it start and will cut grass easy,think it’s dirt in the carb..like I said we have a brand new one and this one is 4 years old…I don’t have time to take it and leave it to be serviced
