Hi Bob, apologies for the very slow reply, I was sick and then forgot all about this. The frame is fully galvanised. The wheels and suspensions are not and have some surface rust, but these can be replaced (shouldn't be needed for years). I wouldn't think this would suit for a long boat, I had a 12 footer on it, it's probably good to 13-14 feet.
