Mariner 125hp 2-Stroke Outboard 4 Parts or repair

Selling my Mariner 125hp 2-stroke outboard engine. The engine is complete but currently not running and has been partially dismantled for inspection.

Details:

Condition: For Parts or Project. Bearings are damaged. Included: The sale includes the full engine, original Gearbox (Lower Unit), Propeller, and the Throttle/Remote Control box with cables.

Parts Status: The gearbox, cowling, and electrical components (CDI, Stator, etc.) were working perfectly before the mechanical issue.

Options:

Swap/Trade-in: I am open to a trade-in or swapping this engine + cash for a working 4-stroke engine (60hp to 90hp) suitable for a cabin cruiser.
