I am continuing to downsize my kitchen equipment, as my new kitchen has less space than my previous house! Cheese is one of my favourite foods in the world, and Baked Brie is one of my favourite wintertime snacks. I have another, more roomy skillet, that I used for my baked Brie, so this lovely set which was a present a couple of years ago has not been used, and it makes sense to let it go.

Savoury and creamy and cheesy oh my! What more could you ask for in the ultimate party snack? This Baked Brie Skillet Kit is simple to make and easy to enjoy. Just combine the included packet of cranberry almond blend with your choice of Brie cheese and bake in the cast iron skillet for a warm, rustic snack to pair with crackers, fresh baguette or fresh veggies. YOU WILL NEED: Brie cheese; vegetable oil (for greasing skillet).
• Ingredients: Dried Cranberries, Sliced Almonds, Sugar, (contains Nuts). Best Before: 25/05/24 (your choice to use, or not!)

This Baked Brie Skillet Set is unused, still in it’s original box, but the box shows some signs of wear from being stuck in a cupboard. I took the contents out to photograph, and then put them straight back in. The handle of the skillet still has it’s plastic wrapping intact. The skillet is 4.5 inches/11.5cm in diameter at the bottom and 5 inched/13cm at the top rim. Fits a standard small Brie or Camembert.
