Hi there!
I’m very interested in the Neff Slide & Hide oven. Before I travel a long distance, could you please confirm a few things so I know it’s the right fit?
1. Is everything working perfectly — fan, grill, oven light, timer, display and all heating functions?
2. Does the Slide & Hide door open and slide under smoothly with no sticking or grinding?
3. Are there any marks, chips or scratches inside the oven cavity or on the glass?
4. Are all shelves/trays/runners included?
5. Has the oven ever been repaired or serviced?
6. Would you mind sending:
• a photo of the inside of the oven,
• a photo of the control panel turned on, and
• a short video (10–20 seconds) showing the door opening and sliding under?

This will help me make sure everything is in perfect condition before I make the trip.
