Gaggeneau Steam Oven plus Warming Drawer

This is a combi full steam oven with matching warming drawer. They are two separate units but when the oven sits on the warming drawer it is a 600 by 600 unit that fits can the standard space for a full size oven . It can also be used as a regular oven without any steam . The model number is BS270. It comes with a temperature probe so you can absolutely perfect. This is in my opinion its best feature . It has original detailed user manual plus a color recepie book printed especially for this oven by Gaggeneau
It was the top of the range. Its plumbed in for water supply and plumbed for water out. This means it is extremely easy to use but you do need not a cold water supply and a waste water pipe for it . Working perfectly and in really good condition as you can see
Both are being sold together unless after a few weeks there are no takers .
A new version of this oven alone is over 6,000 euros.
