*Just a note on sizing: I initially bought this in medium, as that's my usual size, but I had to return it because it was too tight. With that in mind, it might be better to go up a size for carry systems like this one — since it can be adjusted and tightened anyway, it’s smarter to choose a slightly larger size than a smaller one.*

Great piece of kit for trail and marathon runners with many features

Carry system comes with a range of pockets, stretchy and zip pockets, to carry items like snacks, jackets, headphones and valuables. Also includes a trash pocket and clip solutions to carry hiking poles

Comes with two 0.5 litre soft flasks that have been washed. Trail running pack has also been hand washed

Please note this carry system is also water bladder compatible

The pack came with a thermos sleeve (see pictures) that can hold a water bladder (not included, has to be bought separately), if you would like to carry more water, which slides into back of carry system. Thermos sleeve keeps water cool when it is against your back
