Suspension mount: STRUT MOUNT for Opel Astra K or Vauxhall Astra Mk7 (K)

KYB SM5887 Top strut mount (rear axle), as seen on photos - 2 items (each item fits both sides of the car – they are not side-specific!). Both items are sold together(!). Items are for Opel Astra K (B16), or Vauxhall Astra Mk7 (K) (B16).

Footnote

A part of Opel original part, identical to the one I’m selling, is: OPEL OE-13485955. This original part is called „Rear Shock Absorber Mount”, and contain a few more parts (eg. shock cover). The items I’m selling are ONLY the upper strut mount pieces (one item contains one mostly aluminium piece with some rubber installed in it for shock absorption - as seen on photos). I’m only pointing at that original Opel’s part for you to compare the upper piece I’m selling with Opel’s, to see that they are identical. There is (was) nothing else added in each of the two manufacturer’s boxes - no shock covers, no bolts, NOTHING!

The reason I’m selling them is that I ordered them over the Christmas period just in case my mechanic couldn’t get them on time from his supplier. He managed to get them on time, and mine arrived one week later. I needed my car urgently, so I knew I would end up with extra, unnecessary parts. By the way, my mechanic received the same KYB SM5887 parts in the same box from the same manufacturer, just a different supplier, and installed them in my car. Before doing so, he compared his parts with the original one (which was still installed on one side, and wasn’t cracked), and they looked identical, only the original part was corroded. I’m driving with these new parts now. So they match.
