The Loki Sports red mobility and power bands are the go to bands for powerlifting and mobility. Each band is 41" long. They can be used for:

Our bands are identified by their colour. Each colour indicates the resistance or strength of the band.

Power Bands Resistance:

The resistances are per band and equate to the approximate loading at slight extension and up to maximum extension (or maximum loading).


Yellow - 6.35mm - 2-25lbs OR 1-8KG

Red - 12.7mm - 5-35lbs OR 2-16kg

Black - 20.6mm - 10-50lbs OR 4-23kg

Purple - 31.75mm - 25-80lbs OR 11-36kg

Green - 44.5mm - 50-120lbs OR 23-54kg

Blue - 63.5mm - 60-135lbs OR 28-65KG

Orange - 82.5mm - 70-175lbs OR 32-79kg


We recommend using the red, yellow, black and purple bands for strength exercises and even the Green if you are looking for that added resistance to a band resisted squat.



We recommend the Green blue and orange for stretching exercises and for use for holding at the hips.



These bands are very versatile and can be used when a gym is unavailable.
