Allows you to row in other countries or in classes through videos and the instructor can automatically adjust your resistance through a form of magnetic resistance or you can adjust yourself through both magnetic and air resistance.
In my opinion the magnetic resistance doesn't do really change much. Been the same since I bought it so I don't know if that's how it is meant to be or if it's a fault. I purchased it approximately 3 and a half years ago.
