Body solid leg extension and hamstring curl, been in the shed a while with no use due to switch to local gym from the home gym. In very good nick just needs a wet cloth to be brand new again. details as far as the use of it goes, can reach a comfortable 60-80kg loaded before a weight plate is needed to hold down the back of it when in use otherwise it will rock around while trying to rep weight, other than that perfect piece of equipment
