Launch SLD501 Smoke Machine allows detecting damages such as: cracks, damaged or worn seals, oil seals, hoses, loose connections, weakened clamps, etc. It is equipped with a built-in compressor that provides a flow of up to 10 l/min. The generator also allows detecting holes smaller than 0.2 mm using a special fluorescent liquid and UV light (optional).
Leak detection can be monitored through readings from the manometer and flow meter, or by the appearance of smoke at the leak site.
