its a part of old solid bed. After some adjustments can be use for other bed frames,
Any handyman can do it easily by drilling screwing or making new brackets.
My last picture was taken just as an example of how it looks with my IKEA frame, ( i only put this headboard behind the bed frame without screwing)

Its really good quality heavy headboard,
you can paint it in any colour and have it for many years
