We are redesigning our daughter's room as she has outgrown her current furniture, so we are selling the following items:

1. Darren Loft Bed with Storage Stairs – €350 from Magic Decore

* Purchased from Magic Decor approximately 2 years ago.
* Original price: €750.
* Dimensions: 205 cm (L) × 97 cm (W) × 187 cm (H).
* Built-in storage stairs with drawers.
* Large space underneath for a desk, vanity table, sofa, or storage.
* Structurally solid and sturdy.
* One small cosmetic mark from removed adhesive tape (see photo).
* Normal signs of use.

2. IKEA LYCKSELE 2-Seater Sofa Bed – €200

* Original price: approximately €400.
* Sofa dimensions: 142 cm (W) × 100 cm (D) × 87 cm (H).
* Bed size: 140 cm × 188 cm.
* Easily converts from sofa to bed.
* Removable and washable cover.
* Good, clean condition with normal signs of use.

Important:
The loft bed will need to be disassembled by the buyer upon collection, which also makes reassembly easier at home.
