Perkins Engine was refurbed by last owner before sale

Bad points:
Main ram needs refurb to stop leak
One roller on chain needs replacement
Small oil leak on sump / rear crank seal
Minor rust on end of 2 leaning rams but no leak
Steering is bit heavy, suspected to be steering valve chest
Hand brake not working
Throttle needs spring installed so it will auto lift from floor
With a few jobs done would be a reliable solid forklift
