@Barry 83: Hi, I'm honestly not sure of the age. I know I'm the third owner. It's made of fibreglass, so it's "light" for its size, bearing in mind that it's 16ft long. I've never weighed it, so again I'm not sure about the actual weight, but as a reference I can carry it by myself albeit awkwardly. It's easily managed by two people though. Myself, my partner, and her dog (GSD) have often taken it out on the lakes in Westmeath, and collectively we weight approx. 200kg max, including gear. So it can hold a decent bit of weight. We managed to transport it on a roof rack too, although that's not ideal. It's a nice boat to pilot overall and it has served us well.

Hey just wondering how old this canoe is? Is it well made and sturdy /suitable for 2 adults and a 4 year old?
Also, what weight , approx, is it?
