3D-PRINTED Full Brake cooling ducts for mini R50

Designed specifically for Race MINIs competing under ICCR regulations, these fixed PETG brake cooling ducts provide a reliable and regulation-compliant solution to significantly reduce front brake temperatures.



ICCR regulations allow a maximum duct diameter of 53 mm. These ducts are manufactured to 52 mm, ensuring full compliance while delivering efficient, focused airflow directly to the front brake callipers.



Unlike flexible or unsecured alternatives, the solid fixed design eliminates the risk of tyre fouling or duct movement during racing, maintaining consistent airflow under all conditions.



Tested and proven at Dowling Motorsport, this system has demonstrated front brake disc temperature reductions in excess of 50 °C, making it a highly effective performance upgrade for competitive race MINIs.

Each duct features a three-piece adjustable design, allowing precise alignment for maximum airflow before final bonding.



Installation Information

Minor modification to the inner bumper / radiator shroud is required (see photos)

For the cleanest installation, bumper arms should be drilled and fitted with rivnuts

Duct position can be adjusted on the car before bonding

We recommend using compressed air to confirm airflow exit point prior to final assembly

Once installed, the result is a neat, efficient, and durable brake cooling system suitable for race conditions.

Compatibility Note

When running a standard front bumper, we recommend using our front bumper air cones to maximise airflow intake while remaining fully compliant with championship regulations.
